What you can't see is the plush character on top of that head gear he's wearing. Not really sure what it is. I really like the bubbles. The title is a play on words. I first thought of titling it "Private Bubbles" but I figured "Petter" has a higher rank than Private. I don't know what his rank is. I do know that his sister loves him.

I LOVE it!!!! The crazy thing on his head was a pair of bunny ears (I think) sent over by his nephew and niece (along with the bubbles).
