Yes. Another monkey. Lately I've been cruising flickr and viewing other artist's work. A lot of the images I saw were of little characters doing silly things.
I thought to myself that I don't have a little character. If I were to develop a character why not a monkey? The above image is my first attempt. It also was created using my new bottle of speedball ink I recently purchased.
About sixteen years ago I drew a twice weekly comic strip called Common Era. I used ink and a brush then. I really like the line quality I can get with them. It's not for the shy artist. With practice some great sketches can be created.
